This pattern has prairie pinwheels inside of stars. There are 13 prairie pinwheel blocks which you can make scrappy or you can make each block in the same color. You can also use the same color in each block. For example: use 2 reds, 2 pinks, 2 mint greens and 2 yellows. This pattern is pieced and is considered by the designer to be a Confident Beginner or above quilt pattern.
