Sliders are used for adjustable straps, allowing you to adjust the length of a strap to fit the person carrying the purse or bag.  The slider helps hold the strap together.

All of my patterns that use this hardware give directions for attaching the slider.  

These flat alloy sliders are antique brass in color and have a widemouth opening for a 1" strap.

Coordinate with the antique brass swivel hooks, O-rings, and rectangle rings.
