Boring to Beautiful Tea Towels with your L890 or another combo machine or with a serger!



They are a great way to practice serger stitches and finish a useful project! We will take plain ordinary tea towels and create a beautiful finished project! You will get a chance to use various utility stitches that we will change to decorative stitches. One version is for the combo machines and one version is for the sergers! All part of the same class!


Skill Level: Beginner
Skill Details: Great beginning project to learn your combo machine or serger but all levels are welcome!
Materials Included: class instructions and pattern
Requirements: You must own your own combo serger/coverstitch machine (such as the L890) or a 4 thread serger in good working order and know how to use it. If you need any of the items on the supply list you will need to purchase them before you come to the class. Upon registering for the class an email will be sent to you by the instructor with information about the class.
Instructor: Gypsy Hargrove
Instructor Bio: Gypsy has been sewing most of her life, taught by her maternal grandmother, working in community theatre companies making costumes, sewing for friends and family. In the last few years she has taught the guide classes for Bernina machines and enjoys helping customers learn their machines to take them to new levels of sewing!
