Spring Location - Basic T-shirt on Your Serger
We will go through altering in several areas of the shirt before we ever cut or serge the project. We will then add the alterations to a pattern, cut, and serge the shirt. This does require an overlocker/coverstitch machine or two machines: overlocker and a coverstitch machine.

| Requirements: | You have to own your own overlocker/coverstitch machine(s) and it (they) need(s) to be in good working order. If you do not own a coverstitch machine you can bring your overlocker and your sewing machine to the class. The sewing machine will be to hem the garment at the bottom, the sleeves, and the neck band. This is not a guide class to learn how to use your machine but rather a class to teach you techniques to make a t-shirt with your serger. You will receive an email from the instructor with the supply list and pattern. You will need to purchase your supplies before the day of the class. |

| Instructor Bio: | Gypsy has been sewing most of her life, taught by her maternal grandmother, working in community theatre companies making costumes, sewing for friends and family. In the last few years she has taught the guide classes for Bernina machines and enjoys helping customers learn their machines to take them to new levels of sewing! |
