Longarm Rental: Bernina Longarm Certification Class

Bernina certification machine certification is offered the third Wednesday of the month in the mornings and the third Thursday of the month in the afternoons. You only need to sign up for one session. You may choose which one is more convenient for you.

Wednesday morning class is 10am-1pm

Thursday afternoon class is 1-4pm

NOTE: Successful longarming means you must practice. We require that you rent time on one of our machines within 10 days following completion of your certification class. After your initial(1st) rental, recertification may be required if you are unable to rent again within three (3) months.

Longarm Rental Information*

All renters must complete our certification class before renting machines.

Certification Class: Cupcake Quilts certification class is required before renting a longarm machine. The cost is $199 for 3 hours.
Instructors for this class are experienced longarmers.

General Machine Operation and Safety i.e.

Starting and stopping the machine

Threading the machine

Winding and loading bobbins

Loading Quilts

Tension Adjustment

Cupcake Quilts Policies

Handouts provided in packet during class
