This is the NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee to secure your monthly blocks to complete Nebula - Free Spirit's newest block of the month featuring Tula Pink's True Colors, Homemade and Tula Solids. Each month you will be charged $29.99 plus tax and optional shipping.

The Nebula pattern was designed by Julie Herman of Jaybird Quilts. There are no Y seams in this quilt. This pattern is to be strip pieced (NOT paper pieced.)
